游泳需要哪些设备?
在游泳时水流入耳朵是难以避免的,耳朵进水后很不舒服,有时会引起疼痛以至影响听力。
游泳时由于水波常会把水冲进鼻孔,产生呛水,咳嗽,尤其是初学者,为了防止水进入鼻孔,最好准备一个鼻夹,它可以强制用嘴吸气,而不用鼻子吸气,可以避免呛水。为了避免皮肤受摩擦而损伤,所以在富有弹性的钢丝上再套上一层橡胶管。
